Great project management program!

What do you like best? It makes collaborating with my team easy. What do you dislike? I can sometimes get a bit overwhelmed with all the functions available. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I used to track my tasks and projects on paper or on excel. It is nice to have everything in one place.

I can now work with my entire company and get quick results.

What do you like best? What I like best is that it offers very good coordination on the platform with other companies and teams, the ability to view lines, comments, attachments, and dates, all in one place, makes it very easy to Keep up with projects. This tool also provides a very nice mobile platform and applications to work while traveling, we use the professional paid version to cover all the features we need and we are no longer available in the free version. What do you like best? The way you build your planning is pretty Mich user friendly, the different views that you can display are very helpful also What do you dislike? What do you like best? Interface makes it easy to customize work plansplans, love the automated reports and reminders that can be sent to team members. Reports and updates are accessible and usable even if they do not have a lot of user knowledge. The formulas are easy to build. Training sessions with Smartsheet trainers were comprehensive, informative, and helpful for discovering features I would have not realized otherwise. What do you dislike? No time tracking! What do you like best? Without a doubt Smartsheet is in an excellent moment, since those in charge of create this program have made serious updates to have a better operation of their platform. In addition to that, the templates that this program has are relatively necessary. What do you like best? The feature, we used the most is having files accessed from Google Drive. Secondly, to show the progress and customize the report, I used lots of built-in formulas and one of the frequently used features was scheduling meetings. What do you dislike? Smartsheet for Reporting and Client Management

What do you like best? I'm a Smartsheet junkie - I've moved all things: reporting, forms, client list, etc. into Smartsheet. There's so many amazing features of Smartsheet, but my favorites are the ability to reference other sheets, the ability to aggregate multiple sheets into a report, and the ability to set up automatic emails when a pre-set qualifier has been met (i.e. x task is complete). What do you like best? The collaboration I can use throughout the company. It's logical so quick to learn. I can bring in external users to request their input. I like that you can give different levels of view. What do you dislike? Not much to dislike. Pop ups are kept to a minimum which is great.
