What do you like best? The tracking of duties, reminders, collecting data via a form, reports, imports to Excel and viceversa, inserting copies of documents, the workspaces, linking to other sheets, etc. What do you dislike? Not visual friendly forms. There are no options. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Collection of data from different clients avoiding manual entries. Smartsheet is great for Managment Summary

What do you like best? Smartsheet helps me report to my management team the status of my projects without having to define all of the project details. I manage my team using JIRA but easily report to management from Smartsheet. It's flexible and easy to setup and maintain; works just like a spreadsheet. Notifications on changes is a big help too. I quite like the functionality and usability, I keep my to do list on my phone, and two PCs (Office and home)...Should be great...
