The automations in Smartsheet make it worth the investment.

What do you like best? The automations in smarehseet are the most useful - both alerts and update requests. I also like using reminders for myself. What do you dislike? There are some features that have not yet been developed or don't seem to have been thought of as yet. I can't think of them all right now, but most recently I realised that there is no feature to set a baseline for a project plan. Great product which helps optomise workflow

What do you like best? The reporting feature is great. We alos like the automation which makes many processes much more efficient What do you dislike? Can be slow at times. There is also a limit on the number of lines which can be imported. The other issue is that someone has to be shared on a sheet to get the report. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are solving problems around collaboration and consolidation of work.

Very easy to use, lots of online troubleshooting answers, easy to use formulas.

What do you like best? How easy it is to use as a collaboration tool. What do you dislike? That you cannot assign specific cells to one use, meaning that only one person is able to edit that cell. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Following up on progress, quick and easy to use reminders and the fact that you can customize the sheets to specifically suit your project.

Spreadsheet collaboration in the cloud

What do you like best? Smartsheet brings the basics of excel to the cloud to easily collaborate with colleagues. Added features not found in excel (at least that I don't know of) make creating tracking sheets easier to read and access everywhere. What do you dislike?
