Useful business tool

What do you like best? Smartsheets is a great tool for integration into scheduling for construction management. The functionality of dependencies works well and it is a sophisticated tool. What do you dislike? The user interface of Smartsheets can be clunky to use until you figure it out completely. There are a lot of functions but it takes time to learn. Does what it needs to do.

What do you like best? Smartsheet is great way to share ideas, lists, tasks, etc. in a spreadsheet-like format. It has all the tools of Excel and more. What do you dislike? Smartsheet hits a lot of great boxes, but maybe one thing is that the UI is a little outdated. Robust tool - not replacement of Excel

What do you like best? The templates are valuable in easily setting up a project plan with respective dependencies and quickly seeing the ghantt view. I also find the automation to notify a slack channel and/or individual users is key for building efficiencies into my role. What do you dislike? In such a many days with Smartsheet, nearly all that brief-term challenge we encounter with approaches, business management, collaboration and sharing of information are solved. What do you like best? What I like best about SmartSheet is that it helps keeps record of the work that I do. What do you dislike? The things that I dislike about SmartSheet is that it is underused and it takes a bit of time to go in and enter the information although the drag and drop option is perfect. You can use this tool in multipel ways - Gantt Char, spreasheet, calendar, etc.....

What do you like best? Smartsheet is quite easy to use and the online tutorials are a great help! What do you dislike? Sometimes creating the dashboard is quirky - but that might be a bit of operator error. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use it most for task tracking - and that in itself is the benefit.

Quick communication in your business.

What do you like best? It provides a great communication with other businesses and teams on the system, making it easy to continue projects by being able to view routes, commentaries, attachments and time stamps in one location. We have used the paid professional edition to provide all functionality we require and are no longer accessible with our free version. What do you like best? The fact that everyone can see the document and make changes in real-time. What do you dislike? Dated graphics but not that important...
