What do you like best? SmartSheets is like using a spreadsheet that has many built in project management features such as nesting tasks, RAG status, start date, end date duration. The dashboard you can build are also very simple and look good. The automated workflows for alerts works very well and is easy to set up. What do you dislike? SmartSheets is limited in the equations/calculations that you can do. It is no where as robust as Excel when using for a data computing smartsheet. ...

It lets me track the progress of the project in real-time and its interface is userfriendly which let me and my team to keep all the detail of project structure.
