The benefits of Excel plus effective collaboration

What do you like best? Its flexibility. I can easily create a sheet to tracking operationally-oriented programs or project plans. The build-your-own automation tool is a real differentiator from Excel. What do you dislike? Enhancement requests go into a black hole! The only reason I did not give Smartsheet a 10 out of 10. What do you like best? I like the ability to create predecessors when working on timelines. This allows our team to be flexible and save time when a date get shifted out. I also like the ability to assign different roles to users. It's easy for our clients to access even if they are not apart of our team.
