Easy to use, powerful and low cost tool

What do you like best? Smartsheet is fairly intuitive with a very small learning curve. I like that licenses are only required for those individual creating sheets. Un-licensed users can view and edit sheets. What do you dislike? There are a few features I would like such as the ability to query and update a sheet using a form. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Smartsheet provides visibility to anyone with a web browser.

Great tool for project management, form creation, and general team collaboration

What do you like best? The automated notifications feature is a huge plus. An advantage of Smartsheet over a shared Excel sheet is you can comment and add attachments to a specific row. There are many tools that I haven't completely taken advantage of but I think are a great resource, including the dashboards and reports. You can also easily link data from one sheet to another. What do you dislike? If co-workers are working on the same sheet, you can't automatically see updates. ...

Great collaboration tool (and more!)

What do you like best? Ability to set alerts, reminders etc to stakeholders for items that are impending or due soon, without having to email separately What do you dislike? Formulas are different than Excel, although sometimes Smartsheet formulas are simpler. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having less meetings, and using Smartsheet to collaborate real-time instead.

What do you like best? Instantaneous editing, multiple collaborators at any given time, spreadsheet performance What do you dislike? Spreadsheets lack power/capability found in excel, clunky interface What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Working on shared initiatives across broad groups of stakeholders. Benefit is real-time editing/revision control.

What do you like best? Smartsheet is a very customizable software platform which allows you to do many things under on software. We have been able to create a RFI / Changer order / submittal system along with a project management suit in one platform. Connecting all team members and their potential work loads. Great product with lots of features

What do you like best? I like the ability to share the spreadsheet with anyone inside or outside of my organization so that we all have the information required at our fingertips. What do you dislike? I don't have time to use all the features. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Communicating with our offshore developers in real time with all the necessary information and attachments.

Great Project Management Tool

What do you like best? The ability to easily create and maintain project plans. The features are similar to those that I would use in Excel, but allow me to much easier manipulate my data. What do you like best? Its cloud hosted and is easy to use for numerous applications(ie project scheduling, task lists, sheet series reviews and assignments, Meeting Agenda's, Sheet series checklists, model audit reviews, etc) What do you dislike?
