What do you like best? We like having multiple users in various areas of the data at the same time. Accessible at virtually any device. What do you dislike? The load times were an issue in the past, but that has been mostly resolved. Stability has increased quite a bit as well. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are getting our patient's equipment out faster, and tracking the insurance claims/issues more efficiently.

Great for what it does

What do you like best? Makes creating and sharing templates easy around the office. Easy to customize and edit. Not all the bells and whistles of some other programs, for the most part it's just a fancy spreadsheet, but it works well for what it does. What do you dislike? Doesn't have a whole lot of features that Google sheets can't do for free.
