Smartsheet is a great tool for task management

What do you like best? It has been easy for me to check the due dates and progress of projects. What do you dislike? Smartsheet do not have offline mode feature, thus it requires internet connection. Recommendations to others considering the product: To integrate with calendar in order to view dur dates on projects. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Gantt chart functionality, resource assignment and integrated communication (comments tab) are all fantastic and very easy to use. What do you dislike? Reporting. Generating schedules to PDF for distribution is clunky, outdated and counter intuitive. Endless possibilities built on a platform users can understand and manipulate on their own.

What do you like best? Efficiency, ability to do as little or as much as I want to do for myself. Value and the ability to add on modules based on my need rather than being forced to pay for something I do not need. Smartsheet has an excellent user community and offers excellent training support.
