Smartsheet is a great software, but you will need to customize how you want to use it.

What do you like best? how flexible it is to customize. I love Excel, so this is an application with works like Excel. What do you like best? Smartsheet looked rather pedestrian at first glance. However, it gives us very powerful tools with an interface that is much easier and cleaner than most project management tools. There are options for both internal and customer-facing dashboards, reports, and sheets that can integrate with existing (or planned) processes within your organization.
