Smartsheet makes it possible to do my job!

What do you like best? Sharing sheets & navigation are easy! I can give people appropriate permissions based on their roles. Forms are really fast to assemble, and the dashboards make me look like a genius (they're really easy to put together, but they look impressive!). It's really intuitive for folks who are new to the platform, so I don't have to spend hours training people. Recently they have fallen behind their competitors on user interface and started pushing extremely overpriced add-on software that is practically worthless. Their launch packages have turned into sales pitches for $2,500-$10,000 add-ons for the software we normally pay $1,000 per year. What do you like best? Creating a strategy of simpler work processes is possible with Smartsheet, it has a very high ease of use. Smartsheet can be powerful, but complex at the same time

What do you like best? I like the ability to add associated attachments to each row. This makes project collaboration more detailed than usual, and allows the spreadsheet to be more condensed, while keeping details in the attachments. What do you dislike? If you are managing a large project, smart sheets can get a bit confusing if not organized properly.
