What do you like best? Ease of use, sharable aspects, and a great onboarding team What do you dislike? What do you like best? Using Smartsheet allows our team to collaborate on projects while working virtually. It also helps us stay on top of deadlines and set reminders for ourselves and others. What do you like best? I love Smartsheet for automating processes, creating surveys and project management - I use it for everything! We have been able to build several workflows within Smartsheet without any IT assistance - the email notifications are customizable and there are great options for sending reminders. Fantastic work planning tool

What do you like best? I like customizing columns to include checkboxes or drop-down options, the assignment function, and the ability to comment on rows on a sheet. What do you dislike? Great for interdepartmental biotech projects

What do you like best? What I like the most is that it's a cloud-based program and it allows multiple people to simultaneously view it and work on it. I love how simple it is to create a Gantt chart and assign tasks to coworkers. Space to attach file is great too. What do you dislike? The visability of attached files can be improved.
