Overall, this tool is amazing and really helpful!

What do you like best? Clear hiring process, ability to rate and compare candidates, great tool to track applicants, communication with colleagues via publisher, email templates and mass mail. What do you dislike? Outlook calendar has only 100 resources that SR can upload to the system so we have issues with room reservation and missing rooms in the system, Linked In integration is not finishes - it is not possible to export projects from Linked in to SR, Linked In ID mapping is not ...

Great ATS

What do you like best? Store all my qualified candidates and am able to track their progress through the recruiting process. What do you dislike? Not enough reasons for decline. Would be nice to put in your own reasons. Recommendations to others considering the product: One of the best tools for applicant tracking and very user friendly compared to others in the industry. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? More efficient ...

Occasional data synchronization delays especially between the mobile and web clients. Clear, concise tool for hiring the right people

What do you like best? SmartRecruiters makes it easy to find new applicants, track individuals through the hiring process, and compare applicants to ensure we move forward with the right people. At the end of the day, it saves our team a ton of time, and makes sure we hire the best possible team members. What do you dislike? Reporting could be better, in that it would be great to be able to extract all screening question answers into a CSV to compile data, such as "Requested ...

Able to do multiple things in a single platform

What do you like best? It is collaborative, easy to use and interacting. It's most amazing part is adding a hiring panel and collaborate with them. Also the part for commenting and agreeing with the comments promotes the inclusiveness of the team. What do you dislike? Sometimes the mail sending to the applicants does not work for which in later need to send the mails (for rejected applicants) again. The App is also not up to that standard and sometimes not working. It is not easy to ...

Satisfactory but not always a smooth sail

What do you like best? The fact that SmartRecruiters tries to be a complete solution, for example you can directly send emails through the platform & book interviews with it (the integration of O365) so you can keep a tight follow-up on the application. There are some nice features that make our life easier like : The evaluation scorecards are also helpful to standardize the feedbacks and assessments of the applications. What do you dislike? The support that is reactive (cheers ...

Most Intuitive ATS I've Used

What do you like best? SmartRecruiters does not have a learning curve like other ATS I have used, The UI makes sense, navitgation is easy, and even better, this applies to our managers and candidates as well. Being able to take certain actions directly from emails, without any need to log in to the system, is an even larger draw for HR and managers alike. What do you dislike? There isn't much I dislike. The lack of clarity in what candidates could and could not see that we had in ...
