What do you like best? I like that many employers can utilize this tool for storing information about job applicants What do you dislike? I have not found one thing I did not like yet What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easier access to applications, storage of applications, there is a tab on screen to see where applicant is at in the screening process

SmartRecruiters is intuitive but takes a little to get used to.

What do you like best? I enjoyed the ease of checking back in on prospective people and the ease of use once it was set up. What do you dislike? Learning the system and how it worked was a little clunky to me and took some time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It has made our initial process during recruitment faster. Probably cut our weeding through process in half

What do you like best? This software makes the hiring process monitored and well managed. It is more lite the ATS system but it has some unique features, that helps recruiter in tracking the potential candidates. What do you dislike? Sometime the update process is quite clumsy and it won't bypass any of the status. Easy-to-use platform!

What do you like best? I was using Smart Recruiters for my first time being part of the hiring process. I found the platform to be very user-friendly, very detailed, and easy to track the progression of candidates from new to hired. What do you like best? Having worked in a number of organisations with similar systems, what I like best about Smart Recruiters is how transparent the system is. Its crystal clear where each and every applicant is from application stage through to making an offer. Using other systems often this can become unclear and frustrating to track, especially when you're hiring for a number of roles simultaneously with various hiring team combinations attached to each hire. What do you like best? Easy to use, don't need to be trained to use it, my company love it. What do you dislike? User management is not easy (no export, no delete, no mass update, etc) I would like to have some custom fields in my default job offers (without using APIs) What problems are you solving with the product?
