Most Intuitive ATS I've Used
What do you like best? SmartRecruiters does not have a learning curve like other ATS I have used, The UI makes sense, navitgation is easy, and even better, this applies to our managers and candidates as well. Being able to take certain actions directly from emails, without any need to log in to the system, is an even larger draw for HR and managers alike. What do you dislike? There isn't much I dislike. The lack of clarity in what candidates could and could not see that we had in ...

Perfect for getting recruiting done with a short budget
What do you like best? I am a one-person business and smartrecruiters helps me to organize the recruiting process in a professional way. I also love the usability and the easy usage of it. Everything is in one place and also GDPR compliant, which is a big deal in Germany! What do you dislike? I would suggest to work on the layout of the career page. It is way to basic for my needs as it only covers the basics and does not give much freedom to add a bit more creativity. ...

I recommend this site
What do you like best? I like that all the candidates resumes show up in one place. I can see where when and where they replied and if they applied at another location for a position. I an rate candidates so I can go back through them and select the ones I want to take a closer look at. What do you dislike? I wish there were a little more options for ranking. Recommendations to others considering the product: This is the best recruiting system I have used. I recommend it to ...

Best ATS for our needs by far
What do you like best? The system offers powerful customization but gets the basics down solidly as well. Not perfect, but far better than any other offerings we found within the same price range AND up to 4x the yearly cost. What do you dislike? There are some very needed UX improvements, their user feedback forum is a great idea but the forum itself is pretty clunky and terrible. (Uservoice) Recommendations to others considering the product: Consider how your company hires ...

Best one so far
What do you like best? The way you can manage candidates between vacancies. It's intuitive and friendly What do you dislike? You don't get to see the whole path of a candidate. It can be rejected but sometimes you want to see if he actually held an interview by other recruiter Recommendations to others considering the product: I have used different tracking systems. From open sourced ATS, to ERP to a more known brands and I haven't feel as comfortable as I feel with Smart ...

Easy to apply and to follow up
What do you like best? Easy to apply and transparent to follow up. I a couple of minutes all my information was present so no need to waste time on filling form. I was able to see live updates regarding my application and all this using my mobile device. What do you dislike? I was not able to upload my resume in either pdf or docx form. Maybe there was a issue with my browser. However i did not want to reload the form to further troubleshoot What problems are you solving with ...

Everything in one place
What do you like best? Everything about the candidate is in one tool - application, communication with the candidate, internal communication and reviews, interview booking, offers. What do you dislike? Reviews of a candidate for different positions can not be seen by everyone and this causes a waste of time for me as a recruiter. I have access to all the reviews, it's pointless to make me click through every position. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits ...

smart recruiters just works
What do you like best? I like that it's quite easy to start a conversation about the candidate, replies to comment are wonderful. What do you dislike? Sometimes it's tricky to find a comment or update when you go to SR via an email link. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to track state of each candidate.

Great Centralized Tool
What do you like best? I like the ability to centralize our marketing through one tool. It is also highly useful for our network to be able to see candidates. The "tie ins" to resources like Indeed and LinkedIn are very useful. What do you dislike? Accessing old pools of previous candidates seems to take me back into old postings to find people. Is there a better way to search an old pool of candidates? What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...
