What do you like best? The interface is great. Most functions are great What do you dislike? Not being able to use the tool as a CRM. The tool isn’t able to discern between the same person so multiple profiles are created ( even with different email addresses). If an internal link is shared with an external candidate, the application is able to submit and is them marked as an internal. Internal postings should not work for externals. Smart Recruiters is the way to go to find your next candidate!
What do you like best? I LOVE Smart Recruiters! What an awesome candidate tracking system. We used Smart Recruiters in our day-to-day recruiting strategy to find candidates all over the area for various positions. There is even a free feature, although we did pay for our access. We were able to post jobs to all different job boards all around the area. It is also a great tool to keep all candidates organized in terms of where they are in the interview and hiring process.
