SR and diversity continues
What do you like best? I enjoy that I can collaborate with my team in a candidates profile What do you dislike? I dislike that candidates can have several profiles and they don’t speak to each other. Additionally, I can’t see all the candidates documents if I’m in a particular job order What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having a one stop shop for candidates through the entire process. The benefits have been time in process

What do you like best? Integrated interviewing (phone screening straight to email) What do you dislike? Reviewing candidates-star system needs some updating. Continual improvement
What do you like best? The fact that SmartRecruiters is continually improving their features and functionality. What do you dislike? Sometimes you have to double check that emails sent from the system don’t get caught in spam filters of candidates. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have seen really good collaboration between hiring teams.

Great Platform
What do you like best? It’s very interactive and I love that you can connect and engage with the candidates. What do you dislike? Some technical issues here and there. For example we lost connectivity with some of our job search engine. Technical support has been super helpful. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We solved the connectivity issue. Customer support is great.
