What do you like best? User friendly platform for candidate and hiring manager What do you dislike? When I start notes. If I have to switch screens it wipes out the start of the note. I really enjoy using smartrecruiters!!
What do you like best? I love how much focus they put on data. We are able to run so many different reports and provide so much useful information! What do you dislike? I would like for more functionality in the crm, but I know they are working on it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are looking for better data reporting ATS and smart recruiters has been our saving grace.
