Smart way to hire

What do you like best? One place to view one's resume, reviews, and details about other candidates as well as your referrals What do you dislike? Don't dislike about it till now and it gives a holistic picture of everything What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Compiling data of candidates at one place along with viewing its reviews, resume about the candidate. Helps solve opening multiple tabs to look for things for candidates.

SmartRecruiters is a fantastic product!

What do you like best? I like best the overview and the user interface What do you dislike? When I tried to choose E-Mail templates in the Mail communication with the candidates, it did not work. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I was able manage the hiring process without a problem.

What do you like best? Everything is all in one place. I don't lose track of anything. What do you dislike? Certain things I can only do from certain pages. For example if i go to a candidate, I cannot share the resume with the hiring person. I have to go back to the page of all the candidates and click the three buttons on the side of the candidate's name to get the dropdown that allows me to share the resume. Great information on new opportunities

What do you like best? I find it easy to use and share with others that I think would be a good fit for certain roles. What do you dislike? Not that the site can control this but the lack of new jobs in my area. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I find that it helps me remember that I am in a good place in my life/career and that it is good to always keep an open mind for new avenues of work.

What do you like best? I like how its easy to access and I have always had luck getting a job through it as well. Plus points as we can constantly track the application process as well as have all the emails at a single place. What do you like best? Autofill functionality and ease of locating referral links. What do you dislike? Inability to actually find your referral and status - after making the referral and receive a link to send for someone to apply, their application does not always populate into your "My Referrals" list What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? None, yet honestly. Just recently onboarded less than a month ago.
