PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I trust its storage for keeping all recruitment documents, and it is easy to scour through tons of applicants and job data because of advanced search. Highly adaptable and easy to integrate
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Its compatibility with LinkedIn Recruiter and MS Outlook among other essential programs is amazing. This lets us easily gather info about applicants such as emails, notes, ratings, interviews, and schedules among other details. Easy navigation. Simple communication.
What do you like best? The search feature makes it very easy to navigate between jobs and candidate information. I enjoy keeping all my recruiting content in one place. I can easily message my hiring managers and schedule interviews while looking back at past communications between candidates and hiring managers. What do you dislike? The approval process is a pain. A flexible and integrated ATS
What do you like best? I really like the Smart Recruiter platform integrations with Outlook, LinkedIn Recruiter, Scheduling, ratings, etc. This allows everyone to see all of your notes, emails, ratings, interview schedules (assuming they have permission for those accesses). What do you dislike? Sometimes the layout is confusing compared to others still fairly easy to use. What do you like best? Hiring process and collaboration. Love the hiring teams concept. I like the fact that the system has everything that we need to hire a candidate. Smart Recruiters Saves the day!
What do you like best? Using smart recruiters at Equinox, I am able to quickly connect with interested Spa candidates through email and scheduling with Smart recruiters. I can easily review applications and post job listings to platforms making talent aquisition a breeze! What do you dislike?
