Simple, easy to use and very effective

What do you like best? It’s so simple to share with others and makes it very easy to see who has proceeded through the process What do you dislike? Nothing at all, the system is great! We were on iCIMS before and struggled to get our hiring managers and franchisees to use the platform. Ever since we switched to SmartRecruiters our team has actually started using the platform. Implementation went well and support has been good. I recommend giving them a shot.
