Simple, easy to use and very effective
What do you like best? It’s so simple to share with others and makes it very easy to see who has proceeded through the process What do you dislike? Nothing at all, the system is great! Keep it up What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The ability to track who had referred someone was tough but this has solved that issue

Helped Us With Everything We Needed
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We used the free version which was great, but I've heard good things about their paid product for enterprise as well. Our favorite part of the product is the mobile app and the integrations to all the job boards. Very helpful and easy to use. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Sourcing is a challenge at any company. We often felt we needed to spend drive enough candidates. What features/services would you like ...

SmartRecruiters Really Helped Us
We were on iCIMS before and struggled to get our hiring managers and franchisees to use the platform. Ever since we switched to SmartRecruiters our team has actually started using the platform. Implementation went well and support has been good. I recommend giving them a shot.

Great Applicant Tracking System
What do you like best? The collaborative way to ensure applicants are moving through the interview cycles/stages in a timely manner. Great way to resolve disagreements or at least acknowledge differing perspectives on a prospective applicant. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The best part of this tool is that everything is in one place. You have sights that you are connected to post your openings and ads. The free websites, test sites and others.
