What do you like best? Great resource to use for finding good quality applicants to fill a variety of positions. What do you dislike? What do you like best? smooth interface and user friendly. Easy to onboard new users and get them trained. ONline helps are great. What do you dislike? Effective and Time Saving

What do you like best? I love the screening and pre-screening options. They save me a LOT of time in my search. The video interview has been great at finding the type of candidate that I'm excited to interview. I find my interviews are more effective as I get better candidates through the door right from the beginning. No Duds. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I enjoyed how simple the interface is to navigate and know exactly what is happening with each candidate. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I enjoy how easy it is to communicate with hiring managers through SmartRecruiters. It's very user friendly, so it's easy to explain to new hiring managers how to use the platform. I also appreciate how easy it is for applicants to apply. What do you dislike? I wish there was a way to email hiring managers using a CC or BC in the email. This would be very helpful.
