Great Tool- Could use a few improvements
What do you like best? All info in one place and ease of use. What do you dislike? Get a TON of unqualified candidates that do not meet minimum requirements and not all candidates are presented in the same format- some have details populated, some I have to click on the resumes which adds time. Frequently am unable to email through the system (doesn't populate to create an email). Many emails do not get to candidates so I have to call directly when I really want to email. I would ...
