What do you like best? I love the flexibility and candidate/hiring manager/recruiter experience. SR is intuitive and facilitates customized experiences. What do you dislike? I'd much prefer that once signed in the URL showed our company vs SR. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have seen (more than once) SR's capability to provide transparency in process to business leaders and hiring managers.

What do you like best? I like the simple but comprehensive platform. I have reviewed plenty of other ats platforms and this is the one I choose that fit best for me What do you dislike? Only able to attach one document when referring candidates; means if they send a resume and a cover letter in separate documents, I can only attach one and have to cut and paste the other into the notes section. Easy and free
What do you like best? The best part about this tool is they let you post up to 10 free jobs and they post it all over which brings us excellent candidates. What do you dislike? I do not have any dislikes at this time, it is a great tool to use for free. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use this to reach candidates on different job boards and people from all around.
