What do you like best? Free, and easy to use, great analytics, quick for applicants to upload profile and resume What do you dislike? nothing i think it's all good. would like to see more HR function like a full blown ATS that would be great to see What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Reaching out to more networks, easy to fill out application so we get more candidates, easy to store notes and rank candidates. It is a great product

Simple HR software my team actually uses

What do you like best? We used their free product (which is amazing) and really liked how it posted to all of the major job boards at once. What do you dislike? There are not a lot of options to customize the product, workflows, or design with the free product. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We were able to ditch the Google sheets and get more candidates for our jobs.

A terrific ATS and more!

What do you like best? User interface is fantastic! Integration with outlook is great. What do you dislike? Lack of functions for outside agencies. More What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Integrating candidate flow w/ Outlook. One stop shop for housing candidate info is amazing.

Ops recruitment

What do you like best? Very linky and efficient support between ops and HR What do you dislike? Should be more dense for a basic applicant (lot of options) Recommendations to others considering the product: Very useful tool (meets requirements, ease of use and doing business with). The visual management is crystal clear and comfortable, and report out is helpful for the efficiency of the recruitment, and even more between operations and HR departments (comments, ...

My #1 "go to" platform when I'm hiring

What do you like best? It's fast and simple to post and easy to navigate. It's also free! What do you dislike? That so many of the job sites have a fee associated with posting. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Hiring! I always find great candidates and our positions get filled!

Mostly excellent

What do you like best? I love how user friendly Smart is and how much functionality it has. It is so versatile, you can do almost anything you like on it. What do you dislike? Sometimes it feels as though there isn't enough support - or not the right level of support (nice as he is, our account manager is very junior and often doesn't have the answers we need). It does not allow me to share the job opening to specific people con LinkedIn Recommendations to others considering the product: fast, friendly, convenient What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to publish job openings at several sites effortlessly. This has benefited my time management.

Fabulous alternative to pricey ATS

What do you like best? It's ease of use and interfaces are great What do you dislike? We haven't encountered anything we don't like yet. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's connections to applicants and recruitment websites put everything all in one place for the recruiter.

What do you like best? Since I use Smartrecruiters, my recruiting process became more dynamic and agile. It's very easy for me to track candidates and keep information from past interviews and customer reviews. What do you dislike? Maybe that in Argentina it's not merged with job platforms like Bumeran or Zonajobs. On the other hand, there are many candidates attributes that don't apply to our region.
