What do you like best? Free, and easy to use, great analytics, quick for applicants to upload profile and resume What do you dislike? nothing i think it's all good. would like to see more HR function like a full blown ATS that would be great to see What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Reaching out to more networks, easy to fill out application so we get more candidates, easy to store notes and rank candidates. It is a great product

Simple HR software my team actually uses

What do you like best? We used their free product (which is amazing) and really liked how it posted to all of the major job boards at once. What do you dislike? There are not a lot of options to customize the product, workflows, or design with the free product. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We were able to ditch the Google sheets and get more candidates for our jobs.

A terrific ATS and more!

What do you like best? User interface is fantastic! Integration with outlook is great. What do you dislike? Lack of functions for outside agencies. More What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Integrating candidate flow w/ Outlook. One stop shop for housing candidate info is amazing.

My #1 "go to" platform when I'm hiring

What do you like best? It's fast and simple to post and easy to navigate. It's also free! What do you dislike? That so many of the job sites have a fee associated with posting. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Hiring! I always find great candidates and our positions get filled!

What do you like best? I love how user friendly Smart is and how much functionality it has. It is so versatile, you can do almost anything you like on it. What do you dislike? Sometimes it feels as though there isn't enough support - or not the right level of support (nice as he is, our account manager is very junior and often doesn't have the answers we need). What do you like best? Since I use Smartrecruiters, my recruiting process became more dynamic and agile. It's very easy for me to track candidates and keep information from past interviews and customer reviews. What do you dislike?
