The best ATS I've ever used!
What do you like best? SmartRecruiters interface is very intuitive to navigate. It helps us keep everything in one place from candidate resumes, to senior leader approvals, and offer letters. What do you dislike? Too many clicks when reviewing resumes. You have to need to be on the candidate profile, then download each resume separately. SmartRecruiters has been one of the best decisions we have made for our Recruiting Process!
What do you like best? We are excited about how SmartRecruiters has enhanced our ability to collaborate between various teams. With our previous ATS system, we had no capability for notes/reviews/feedback to be shared on candidates between various members of the team. We also had no way to track the "journey" of the candidate from day one to their hire date. What do you like best? I like that I can engage with passive candidates on the CRM tool and create talent communities targeted to my specific hiring needs particularly if there is a specific talent shortage of skills that we would like to engage with. What do you dislike? Nothing. All good so far. Primarily Alaska Airlines is using it as a CRM tool. We do not have it as an ATS. However, we are evaluating whether we will use it as an ATS. Ease of Use is Key
What do you like best? SR is especially helpful to smaller companies given the potential for inexperienced staff, including HR and management. User adoption is critical to take advantage of any technology and other vendors, while powerful, are far more difficult to use. Great product for all things needs in Talent Acquisitions
What do you like best? I like how "recruiter" smart it is! Everything I ever wish my old ATS did, SmartRecruiters does. What do you dislike? I have not found something so far!I just lack the experience of using it more to find what I dont like. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Ease of posting jobs, review candidates all in one platform, knock out screening questions What do you dislike? Still getting "feet wet" with the system (8 months in), not much support from SR, need to better utilize system What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ease of hiring, all candidates in one location

What do you like best? I love the flexibility and candidate/hiring manager/recruiter experience. SR is intuitive and facilitates customized experiences. What do you dislike? I'd much prefer that once signed in the URL showed our company vs SR. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have seen (more than once) SR's capability to provide transparency in process to business leaders and hiring managers.

Great Tool but is still evolving
What do you like best? Collaborative tool - all candidate related communication resides in one place. Ease of access to hiring managers and other on the hiring team is amazing.
