The best ATS I've ever used!

What do you like best? SmartRecruiters interface is very intuitive to navigate. It helps us keep everything in one place from candidate resumes, to senior leader approvals, and offer letters. What do you dislike? Too many clicks when reviewing resumes. You have to need to be on the candidate profile, then download each resume separately. What do you like best? We are excited about how SmartRecruiters has enhanced our ability to collaborate between various teams. I like that I can engage with passive candidates on the CRM tool and create talent communities targeted to my specific hiring needs particularly if there is a specific talent shortage of skills that we would like to engage with. What do you like best? SR is especially helpful to smaller companies given the potential for inexperienced staff, including HR and management. User adoption is critical to take advantage of any technology and other vendors, while powerful, are far more difficult to use.
