The experience with the tool has been quite enjoyable.

What do you like best? The innovation within the tool has been the primary area that I am most excited about. As it truly builds out and becomes a TA suite . What do you like best? Its ease of use, its up with the times and its inovative when used with my recruiting process What do you dislike? Havent come across any dislikes. Were still in the implemation process. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? More productive and makes my process easier.

What do you like best? Like the ease of sending offer letters and the notes field to track what is going on with candidate. What do you dislike? That you can't make a meeting notice private or that you can't schedule interviews on different days. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking through the process, building talent pools, touching candidate more.

Everywhere you want to be

What do you like best? I can't name just one, but the user interface and intuitive in the work flow What do you dislike? The click through rate may have a delay of micro seconds, but they do add up when you have multiple tasks to complete. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Hiring Manager engagement. With a little training, we can get hiring manager's onboard and using the tool quickly.

Great product for all things needs in Talent Acquisitions

What do you like best? I like how "recruiter" smart it is! Everything I ever wish my old ATS did, SmartRecruiters does. What do you dislike? I have not found something so far!I just lack the experience of using it more to find what I dont like. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ease of Use is Key

What do you like best? SR is especially helpful to smaller companies given the potential for inexperienced staff, including HR and management. User adoption is critical to take advantage of any technology and other vendors, while powerful, are far more difficult to use.
