It's really simple to use and easy to track.
What do you like best? Review sections and stages of the interview process. What do you dislike? UI could be improved a bit. More capabilities can be given as well. What do you like best? I love the social aspect of SmartRecruiters. Abilities such as sending direct messages to individuals is amazing! Also enjoy is cohesiveness with LinkedIn. What do you dislike? Great platform with even greater potential
What do you like best? I like how straight forward it is, it's interface, candidate tracking progress bar and note taking option. What do you dislike? That I cannot share multiple resumes with HM, put actual referrals, hashtags don't work on multiple applications and that the analytics part doesn't show real time information. What do you like best? SamrtRecruiters helps me stay on top of the resumes I receive and has the right tools to track where I am at with each applicant. What do you dislike? I like the product.
