Very happy SmartRecruiters user !

What do you like best? SmartRecruiters is a very complete tool, it can be easily understood by Internal Recruiters and also Hiring Managers. It is very useful to keep all the information in the same place and to be able to access it all the time from different devices. What do you dislike? Some features would be appreciated, for example if would be useful to be able to merge candidates in order to avoid duplications. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits ...

SmartRecruiters has been one of the best decisions we have made for our Recruiting Process!

What do you like best? We are excited about how SmartRecruiters has enhanced our ability to collaborate between various teams. With our previous ATS system, we had no capability for notes/reviews/feedback to be shared on candidates between various members of the team. We also had no way to track the "journey" of the candidate from day one to their hire date. With SmartRecruiters, we can track their progress every step of the way, and ensure that we are providing them with communication ...

CRM

What do you like best? I like that I can engage with passive candidates on the CRM tool and create talent communities targeted to my specific hiring needs particularly if there is a specific talent shortage of skills that we would like to engage with. What do you dislike? Nothing. All good so far. Primarily Alaska Airlines is using it as a CRM tool. We do not have it as an ATS. However, we are evaluating whether we will use it as an ATS. What problems are you solving with the ...

The best ATS I've ever used!

What do you like best? SmartRecruiters interface is very intuitive to navigate. It helps us keep everything in one place from candidate resumes, to senior leader approvals, and offer letters. What do you dislike? Too many clicks when reviewing resumes. You have to need to be on the candidate profile, then download each resume separately. Not a huge pain point but takes up a lot of time when screenig lots of resumes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits ...

The Smarties ATS there is

What do you like best? They learn through by doing and knowing their customers's business realities and needs to develop great functionalities and product. What do you dislike? Some initial hiccups during the earlier days of product development that took quite some time to think through and testing (Examples: non US realities like the Russian server situation and China hosting and internet landscape) Recommendations to others considering the product: GIve it a go! What ...

User friendly ATS

What do you like best? Ability to have hiring managers review and rate candidate profiles. Training for new users is quick and easy. What do you dislike? Time out feature that can disrupt a search if you step away for a certain amount of time. No back button to go to prior page/profile. improvements could be made on the reporting end. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ability to track and pipeline candidates, move through all ...

Great Conference

What do you like best? I like the open communication you all have. Especially that you seek ideas and recommendations from your clients. What do you dislike? There are other programs we need for more basic recruiting like union positions that are seniority based. I would like to see more of those options. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking of applicants. Easy advertisement.
