Simple - without all the noise

What do you like best? the UI is clear and concise, works well on both mobile and web. Pleased with the way I can quickly view the CV even if it's been uploaded from linkedin, and score the candidate as the process escalates. What do you dislike? The app is somewhat clunky at times, takes getting used to, nothing super bad, but 1) there is information you cannot get to on the mobile app that you can only see via the web admin, 2) limited features in terms of formatting ...

Everywhere you want to be

What do you like best? I can't name just one, but the user interface and intuitive in the work flow What do you dislike? The click through rate may have a delay of micro seconds, but they do add up when you have multiple tasks to complete. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Hiring Manager engagement. With a little training, we can get hiring manager's onboard and using the tool quickly.

User friendly ATS

What do you like best? Ability to have hiring managers review and rate candidate profiles. Training for new users is quick and easy. What do you dislike? Time out feature that can disrupt a search if you step away for a certain amount of time. No back button to go to prior page/profile. improvements could be made on the reporting end. What do you like best? Its ease of use, its up with the times and its inovative when used with my recruiting process What do you dislike? Havent come across any dislikes. Were still in the implemation process. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? More productive and makes my process easier.

What do you like best? The innovation within the tool has been the primary area that I am most excited about. As it truly builds out and becomes a TA suite . Offer Templates - you have to upload them What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Better candidate experience and faster processes. Both! Also more candidates.

Great Conference

What do you like best? I like the open communication you all have. Especially that you seek ideas and recommendations from your clients. What do you dislike? There are other programs we need for more basic recruiting like union positions that are seniority based. I would like to see more of those options. What problems are you solving with the product?
