Very good Saas for the cost

It's a little buggy with the integrations and the set-up/ configuration instructions leave alot to be desired What problems are you solving with the product? An easy, cost effective ATS for our small company
What do you like best? It allows me to streamline recruiting. That is very important as an HR department of one. What do you dislike? I haven't found anything to dislike. I would like to be able to customize templates. Recommendations to others considering the product: Definitely feel comfortable giving it a try! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Saves me time in advertising for our open positions by utilizing multiple sources.

What do you like best? User friendly, easy applicant tracking, add-on options, and customer service is great. What do you dislike? The only downside to SmartRecruiters is upgrade pricing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The benefits are that we can collaborate with managers and supervisors on the ranking and hiring decisions.

Amazing ATS System!
What do you like best? Quick, efficient and effective! Everything about it ! What do you dislike? nothing major to report seen as when we do have something to report, we report it right away and they find a solution What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? I really enjoy how adaptable SR is to meeting our company's needs. It allows you to seamlessly sort through and organize applicants based on what steps in the hiring process they are. Great tools to track candidates from different sources
What do you like best? Capability to identify candidates with a single identity. Those who have applied or re-applied and be easily tracked and shown the result record. We could also identify whether the person has been referred and by whom. This might seem small but on the overall context of hiring this will prove to be very useful for filtering the candidates.
