Keeps me organized

What do you like best? SamrtRecruiters helps me stay on top of the resumes I receive and has the right tools to track where I am at with each applicant. What do you dislike? I like the product. I seriously can't think of anything to add. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Puts all of my resumes in one place and allows me to track and post jobs from the same service. Keeps things tidy!

Great Service

What do you like best? User friendly, easy applicant tracking, add-on options, and customer service is great. What do you dislike? The only downside to SmartRecruiters is upgrade pricing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The benefits are that we can collaborate with managers and supervisors on the ranking and hiring decisions.

An easy, cost effective ATS for our small company

What do you like best? It allows me to streamline recruiting. That is very important as an HR department of one. What do you dislike? I haven't found anything to dislike. I would like to be able to customize templates. Recommendations to others considering the product: Definitely feel comfortable giving it a try! What problems are you solving with the product? Simple - without all the noise

What do you like best? the UI is clear and concise, works well on both mobile and web. Pleased with the way I can quickly view the CV even if it's been uploaded from linkedin, and score the candidate as the process escalates. What do you dislike? The app is somewhat clunky at times, takes getting used to, nothing super bad, but 1) there is information you cannot get to on the mobile app that you can only see via the web admin, 2) limited features in terms of formatting ...

What do you like best? I love the social aspect of SmartRecruiters. Abilities such as sending direct messages to individuals is amazing! Also enjoy is cohesiveness with LinkedIn. What do you dislike?
