What do you like best about Smartlook? The system is very simple to use, compared to other similar services. I can review results and get valuable insight within practically seconds of logging in, rather trying to dig through pages of info to get what I need.

What do you like best about Smartlook? Like a web designer I was looking for this simple, but useful tool for a years! Makes it easy for you to understand your website visitor's behavior for FREE. Their new Heatmaps are also very simple and easy to use, even for mobile devices and tablets.

"A true analytical gem"
What do you like best about Smartlook? Session recordings are pretty flawless and helped us understand our users' behavior way better. Never before have I used heatmaps and they were a nice surprise for me in this tool. Very intuitive.

"Impressive and incredibly useful tool to understand customer journeys and boost conversions"
What do you like best about Smartlook? The core functionality of viewing a recording (a user's customer journey throughout the web app) works really well. A significant section of the screen focuses on the "video" and has a number of very helpful tools and toggles below it.

What do you like best about Smartlook? I used the integration SDK in Android, and I loved that it is easy to use, and the interface where we can see the heat maps is unique. It is elementary to use since it is very intuitive because anyone who has not used Smartlook can adapt very fast. After all, it is a very indispensable tool since it cannot help with heat maps, so we can improve the user experience to be able to pay more attention to where users use an app the most.
