What do you like best about Smartlook? Smartlook has helped our development team understand UI/UX issues with our web app. Very easy to use to set up and then view recording sessions. It has helped us fix several unexpected issues with our web pages over the last couple of years.

What do you like best about Smartlook? As they say, "A picture is worth a thousand words", smartlook has implemented this in boring analytics world! The good thing is it also takes care of the user's privacy. I regularly go to smartlook to get to know how users interact with our site and do required improvements.

"The best tool for mobile app session recording"
What do you like best about Smartlook? Smartlook provides invaluable insights into how users use and navigate our mobile app. In our first few weeks using Smartlook we identified dozens of usability improvements. The funnels feature is super useful to understand how our paying customers interacted with the app, which paths and features they experienced, pre-conversion. The qualitative data generated from Smartlook has proved to be a hugely valuable complement to our quantitiative analytics.

"Perfect app, perfect support"
What do you like best about Smartlook? Before, I used a well-known competitor's application. Smartlook is 100x better than my previous app. It works great, lots of useful functions. On the first day, I found 3 quite significant bugs. Thank you for that powerful tool.
