What do you like best about Smartlook? Smartlook enables you to see how individual users engage on your site. It shows session recordings that you can filter to display specific pages or funnels. It has an easy-to-use interface. You can click on elements on your pages (e.g., a form or a button) to set up an event to record how users engage with it. It has a helpful share functionality, and the support I have received has also been fantastic.

I use Smartlook all the time to review how our app is being used, what trends are taking place, e.g how long people are spending on the app, if they are returning to it, whether they are creating profiles right away or just checking it out and quitting right away, etc. I also use it to see whether people are understanding the UX flow and if it is clear to them as to how to go through profile creation and app use.
