What do you like best? I find this tool more user friendly and best compared to other tools. Smart look is a best tool to monitor user experience. Smartlook helps us understanding how user engages our site.
What do you like best? I like the session recording best, since it gives us a really detailed view on how each user is using our site, it is so easy for us to find out the bugs and glitches. We use this to find bugs and glitches with our first version development before we put on our Google Ads. What do you like best? The features of Smartlook are very easy to implement and use. We are mainly using Smartlook for screen recordings, which we analyse for User Experience optimization. What do you like best? We found screen recordings to be very useful. It helped us to increase our conversion rate. What do you dislike? Smartlook is the ultimate analytics tool!
What do you like best? With Smartlook you can easily check recordings of sessions of your site along with analytics and heatmaps and understand what works and what not, what people look at and what not etc. What do you dislike? Really helpful to find out what customers have struggling with on our website
What do you like best? Recordings to show the flow of customer spending time on our website, filtering and possibility to use many options in recordings view, like speed, skip inactivity. We really like Events module, its showing us all the events customers are doing on our website. What do you dislike? Change of language is missing (found it only in Help, but missing in the dashboard), possibility to delete recordings (or just mark as viewed and solved), because by now you can see ...

My New Favorite UX Tool!
What do you like best? The number of tools and metrics that measure all kinds of User engagements and behaviours. What do you dislike? There are almost too many tools so figuring out how best to use the app is a bit tricky at first. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What to put CTAs, how clickable to make our LPs.
