Simple to use and good pricing model

What do you like best? Ive used another session replay tool previously but they increased the price significantly. What do you dislike? Nothing so far but Ive only used it for about a week. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The heat maps are used to understand the behavior of the website users while session replay is used to improve our customer support.
