What do you like best? Its easy to install (Google tag manager), I like how organizes information, how plays, stop and changing speed of videos, skip inactivities is a useful option.. Great tool that tracks both mobile and web

What do you like best? I like the fact that Smartlook lets you set up both mobile app and web projects. Lets user get used to the same UI etc across their business. What do you dislike? I look forward to the day when mobile and web projects can be integrated into one account so one can exclude IP addresses, manage users, perhaps even track funnels across platforms. User friendly and intuitive, tiny package

What do you like best? Smartlook shows additional information about the session/user right next the recording - I feel like all the relevant information I need to understand the session is exactly where it needs be. Additionally, the event tagging is an awesome feature, making each recording more informative and actionable. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Facilidade de uso, a plataforma muito intuitiva. Logo aps ter adicionado o cdigo em meu site j iniciaram as gravaes, muito rpido. What do you dislike? Well working software that provides excellent insights

What do you like best? The software plugin process was easy. We tested on a new product launch and were able to immediately see problem areas in our sign up process and where users where stuck. What do you like best? smartlook allows to analyze user sessions, how they interact with current UX and thus how they address their needs. it is somewhat looking through keyhole to better understand if you did a good job designing and coding a particular product on the first place What do you dislike? can't elaborate on this one yet, need more time What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? We are a startup, using this tool allow us to detect UX issues that we didnt even thought about, recommended! also the integration with intercom works great. Very easy to implement with good features

What do you like best? The ease with it was implemented in a new web page, the simple dashboard and good features like recording the use of the web page in a video. What do you dislike? I am not very proficient in web development and am using a web page not made by me from the ground up, with this in mind I didn't manage to record events when trying for a short while (something that probably will work when putting some time into it).
