What do you like best? The interface is very well done so it makes very easy to use all the functionality Smartlook has to offer. What do you like best? aggregated heat maps and ability to dive into section in these e.g. select boxes and see how many users select each option What do you dislike? the event setup is difficult to use. I have not been quickly or easily able to set up this part What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Well.. I liked recording what clients do and skip inactivity What do you dislike? The free access lasted 2 days so in reality it left very very small experience for trying it. Smartlook is excellent for UX research with flexible privacy protection for users

What do you like best? Smartlook is easy to use for UX staff who are not be developers. We learned a lot about how our users interacted with our website and loved that we could split the traffic between operating systems and devices. I loved that there was an options to grey our data entered into a form to assist with privacy concerns. This service is much easier to use than Google Optimize. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It's so helpful understanding how people use your product. What do you dislike? It's not the easiest to quickly review many recordings. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use it to get early feedback on products and designs. Quantitative analytics aren't enough - seeing screen replays uncover all sorts of oddities, particularly around sign up.
