What do you like best? The user interface is easy to use and has plenty of guides to provide more in-depth information. What do you dislike? I really enjoyed how easy it is to start using Smartlook (specially in my case, as I already used Google Tag Manager - Smartlook allows you to integrate with your website without needing to ad any new code to the pages if you already have Tag Manager's Global Tag). Smartlook is excellent for UX research with flexible privacy protection for users

What do you like best? Smartlook is easy to use for UX staff who are not be developers. We learned a lot about how our users interacted with our website and loved that we could split the traffic between operating systems and devices. I loved that there was an options to grey our data entered into a form to assist with privacy concerns. This service is much easier to use than Google Optimize. What do you dislike? What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use it to get early feedback on products and designs. Quantitative analytics aren't enough - seeing screen replays uncover all sorts of oddities, particularly around sign up.
