Best value tool for UX/UI review and valuable for troubleshooting.
What do you like best? The SmartLook interface is easy to get started with. Using Google Tag Manager I was able to be up and running within minutes, and already collecting usable data. SmartLook''s Dashboard is easy to configure and tailor using a list of their many pre-made widgets, and their conversion funnel was very easy to setup and get working. It was really useful UI/UX and could understand how to use it at first look.

Solid tool with great insights.
What do you like best? Heatmaps are great, and I love being able to track the paths of individual users. Helps us understand how the site is being used on a very granular level. What do you dislike? Still exploring the depths of the tool, but no complaints so far. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
