One of the best session recording softwares I've tried

What do you like best? The best parts of Smartlook for me are: 1) That I can see what the user actually saw most of the time. With other software, there are styling issues and I know that what I am seeing is not what the user actually saw. 2) The multiple filters that are available to find specific sessions. 3) That Smartlook makes it easy to see what happened, when, and how. 4) That it seems to be very precise about the user location.
