Very good and complete service
What do you like best? The design and user experience are awesome, it's easy to use and integrate with any application and the insights are really useful for our business. What do you dislike? Nothing for now, i just think that maybe it was great if i could pay for a cheaper plan to unlock more events to track, because my only option is to pay for the expensier plan to onlock unlimited events. Your's site detective for Sales and Security
What do you like best? Video recording, with IP addresses, tracking timeline. What do you dislike? Sessions tracking, not clear. The session funnel needs a very good explanation to use and setup. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Hacking activities, and common visitor confusion navigating and understanding my products.

Eye opener, really helped me improve on my business's performance
What do you like best? The heatmaps showed us areas in the website that we knew we had to fix or move. User recordings was very useful when we tested offers. What do you dislike? Nothing to dislike. Easy to navigate dashboard and great features. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Seeing where customers drop off the site and where they are clicking helped us make changes to the website that resulted in increased number of leads.

Great tool for gauging customer experience on your website.
What do you like best? This tool is amazing have given our team insights into our websites that we could not see without a tool like Smartlook. The features rival some of the more expensive tools but this tool is priced just right. Great eCom tool
What do you like best? Great tool if you want to understand better what your customer are doing on your website. I really like breaking down data to better understand specific customer groups. What do you dislike? Nothing! I really like everything about Smartlook. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am improving the conversion rate on my landing page.

Nice dashboard, good for Angular applications
What do you like best? Customizable dashboard is very easy to setup. Works very well for Angular application (got some problems with other analytics tools). What do you dislike? Recording screen list UI may be better - filters at the top should be sticky. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Using it for session recording
