Great tool and easy to use

What do you like best? The UX, features and simplicity are really nice. The ease of set up is great as well. What do you dislike? Pricing can get very expensive, but the value is still great. Great plugins to learn how your website layout is performing and converting $!

What do you like best? I like the ability to see the videos and "fast-forward" them by events, this way I can speed it my learning process to optimize my website even further. What do you dislike? Everything has been great so far... from the free version to any of the paid memberships! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm learning the attention route my customers take during their journey in my website.

Probably the most usable analytics tool I've ever used.

Perfect tool for deep insight of your customers

What do you like best? It is very valuable to see the behaviour of my customers on my site and where they leave the session and do not convert. With Smartloook I can clearly see from recording some funnel issues and fix them to improve conversion rate. As I do not work for the company we used Smartlook for as an employee anymore, I want to implement Smartook for my clients too as a freelancer. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The heat mapping feature has provided so much insight to user interaction with the site. I am in the process of redesigning the site and the information from this one feature has enabled me to make better decisions and create a user experience that is cleaner and more satisfying. Behavioral Analytics made easy

What do you like best? From the setup to the analysis, Smartlook is very straightforward. The ability to create heatmaps from past data is awesome. What do you dislike? RIght now, what would really helps is url regex match. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Any questions about behavior. From funnels to heatmaps. As s product manager, smartlook gives me a lot of insights I did not have access before.

Promises a lot but doesn't quite live up to the hype

What do you like best? The simplicity of the set up made it really easy to get started. Screen recordings have been really useful. What do you dislike? CSS selector is pretty clunky and not very accurate when reporting. Not being able to merge multiple events using 'AND' functionality was extremely limiting, only 'OR' is available.
