What do you like best? Smartlook is the best tool to track users on mobile apps.
What do you like best? The best thing in Smartlook is that we can send events and the records are pretty awesome. What do you dislike? I like everything about smartlook, there's nothing to dislike. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Like Hotjar but user friendly
What do you like best? I have used Hotjar for a while but i always found the interface confusing. I switched to Smartlook and it's much easier with less time consuming fields to complete. What do you dislike? Wish it was free! Seriously the only thing that is slightly annoying is the cost for mobile apps being high. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? used it to optimise my landing page from 20% CR to 57%CR !

Robust software, great insight
What do you like best? I really like how Smartlook shows the City/Country of residence of the users. For example it'll show the difference between Hinton, AB and Edmonton, AB, I assume by IP Address. This is insightful. What do you dislike? The one thing I don't like is how you have to pay extra to be able to abide by more stringent privacy legislation. For example, the free account seems to show you the words on the user's screens. So I need a really invasive privacy policy and ...
