What do you like best about Smartlook? The fullness in getting the insights of user behavior. It's like watching what the user is doing which gives us all details about the bottlenecks, the need if improvements to make it easier for users.

What do you like best about Smartlook? The insights are pretty impressive, love that they're doing all of it for the app as well. I was looking for a platform where I could get screen recording insights on both the web and app. The heatmaps tell you exactly where to focus.
