"Smartling is cool, but sometimes chaotic"

What do you like best about Smartling? I like that the UI is very clean and easy to be used at all levels. E.g. context and ch. limits are very clearly displayed in the CAT tool view, which makes it easier to deal with a large number of linguists. Also, issues are clearly flagged.
