What do you like best about Smartling? Being able to work on a good platform without taking on the costs of expensive licences. Professional rates are respected, which shows they value people and their efforts. What do you dislike about Smartling? Sometimes deadlines are set automatically, which can be tricky. What problems is Smartling solving and how is that benefiting you? Licence costs, ability to work on any computer without any trouble.

We were up and running with our first site in two weeks. Sometimes I have limited internet access and this prevented me from progressing in task completion. What problems is Smartling solving and how is that benefiting you? Any bug found and reported to Smartling was attended to promptly. They communicated with me in person (via email) and made sure a solution was found.
