"Intuitive, collaborative and free"

What do you like best about Smartcat? When you hear something’s free you usually think basic or limited. Not with Smartcat. It’s surprisingly comprehensive but also very easy to use. I’ve tried many CAT tools and settled on Smartcat because it’s ready to go, very intuitive and has everything most translators need. "2 Months with No Response From Support. Steer Clear!"

What do you like best? It was a great plugin for a year. Now, the support doesn't respond after 2 months. Unacceptable What do you dislike? It is broken, and they didn't fix it or communicate. Recommendations to others considering the product: Be ready to fix their products on your own. Their support is unresponsive. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're trying to solve client problems as an agency. Smartcat made this difficult.
