I am a somewhat casual user of this product, but whenever I have needed it, it's proved its worth. The tool set is highly useful and intuitive. I especially like the ability to compress PDFs, split and/or combine them, and convert them to Word or Excel, or to various image formats.

I have been using SmallPDF for 7 years as a subscriber. Their customer support is attentive and responsive. They have always left me happier than they found me every time I have interacted with them. I'm very happy to use SmallPDF as a non-business user as an alternative to a very expensive Adobe account for home use. It is very easy in use and more affordable for home users than its big brother. Price Increase - Let's see about changing that thinking

Today I received an email form Small-PDF regarding a prince increase. While I understand companies are in business to make money, I felt a different approach form Small-PDF was worth trying. I suggested for long time customers like me, how about they charge a onetime fee, and then we'll never pay any fee's after that. It's kind of a one payment, and then you have the service for life.
