What do you like best about Smallpdf? I have used both the premium and free versions of it. I would say it is worth investing if you often work on documentation. What do you dislike about Smallpdf? Noting, in particular, to mention here but to point out they can do some more changes in their UI. What problems is Smallpdf solving and how is that benefiting you? I am using it to convert my word file to PDF. Accordingly, this comes in very handy.
