Would give zero stars if I could
Would give zero stars if I could. Claims you can use it free, then takes forever, just to never actually do anything unless you sign up. Terrible. Would never give them any money.

Charged with no notification!!
I was charged £81 for a 'Pro' subscription which I never received an email to confirm was set up. I also never got an email to confirm that my free trial was due to end and that I would be charged. I've raised a report so I am waiting for a response.I am not happy!!

They retain your payment info
I don’t like the fact that they store the payment info and there is no way to cancel it, also they don’t let you know that they start taking the payments after the free trial, so I don’t recommend it

This site is a scam
This site is a scam. They are repeatedly trying to take money from me with no option to cancel or opt out. DO NOT get involved with this site in any way shape or form. There is no customer service and no one to talk to.

Même PB qu'avec Smart PDF : essaie quasi gratuit qui informe qu'un mail viendra prévenir avant l'expiration de l'essai gratuit --> ARNAQUE il n'en est rien, aucun mail n'arrive et l'on est débité.

Love this tool and have always had…
Love this tool and have always had great responses to emails. No issues around billing (seriously people, if you give your card to a website expect to be charged!), HOWEVER, I've just been told they are pulling the MacOS app which I use a lot and thus pay for via the subscription service with no plan or timeline of if/when one will be released instead. The current mindset of the company seems to be 'tough get on with it' which is such a shame :(

Caution
Caution: smallpdf.com is a ripoff site. My parents were scammed by this website and did not use site at all. I Couldn't access detail to suspend service. No response from customer service.
