Speedy customer service
I often email large documents and a ton of photos for work and I've always had trouble sending them because the document size is always so big. SmallPDF has made my job much easier by condensing them down and keeping the same quality too. Also I had an issue with my account where I forgot which email I signed up with, I reached out to customer service and received a reply within minutes. And my issue was solved very fast. Had a wonderful experience with their Support Team. Shannen very kindly assisted me with a problem and refund i needed for the trail that went over.
