I have been a user of Smallpdf tools for quite a while since 2022. Recently, I reported a technical issue pertaining to my access to Smallpdf. Customer support responded so swiftly and kindly that they were able to escalate and finally fix the issue within the day I needed it to be fixed. Excellent product for separating and/or merging PDFs

Excellent product for separating and/or splitting PDFs. I took out a monthly subscription to process the batch of PFFs I needed to process, and then cancelled the subscription without any drama. Support staff are very responsive and helpful. Will subscribe again when I need these features in the future. Highly recommended.

Still a very enjoyable experience from the start

I’ve always been using Smallpdf since college whenever the tasks involve a PDF file. I had some problems with my account, and I emailed them on a Sunday. Quick and easy way to convert all kinds of digital documents/files

We have been using small pdf for a few years and its a very quick and easy way to convert all kinds of digital documents/files and allows you to do so much more Have had issues an odd time but they always give a prompt response and were keen to resolve it. For the annual cost, I wouldn't have any problem recommending it to others
